Journal and white candle in morning light

A ritual is not the end of the work. What you do in the days after it matters, for the bond and for you. Your own aftercare notes from Baba Ali Musa come first, because they are written for your case. This guide covers what applies to almost everyone: the first week, the weeks after, the signs people notice, the mistakes that slow things down, and how to look after yourself while you wait.

The first seven days

Most clients see the first signs within 3–7 days. If you don’t, you get a full refund under the Refund Policy. During this week, keep things calm and let the work settle.

  • Go about your normal life. Sleep, eat, work, see friends.
  • Do not flood them with messages. One calm, warm reply is worth more than ten anxious ones.
  • Keep your candle or any item Baba Ali gave you as instructed, and do not show it to anyone.
  • Write down anything that feels like a sign, with the date. It helps when you talk to Baba Ali.

The first week is often the hardest emotionally, because you want proof right away. Try to treat it like planting something. You would not dig up a seed every morning to check whether it has sprouted.

Signs people often notice

Signs are usually small before they are big. People commonly notice:

  • A message after a long silence, even a short or casual one.
  • A softer tone in a conversation that used to be cold.
  • A “how are you” out of nowhere, or a reaction to something you posted.
  • A memory of you that they bring up, or a friend passing on that they asked about you.
  • Dreams about the relationship, on your side or theirs.
  • Being unblocked, or seeing them check your profile.
  • A third person in the picture losing interest or drifting away.

Not every sign shows up in every case, and some take longer to appear. A small sign is still a sign. Write it down and tell Baba Ali.

Weeks two and three

If contact has started, the second and third weeks are about letting it grow without pushing it. If contact has not started yet, they are about patience and small adjustments.

If they have reached out, keep early conversations light and warm. Say yes to small things, like a call or a coffee, before talking about the future. Let them feel that being around you is easy again.

If nothing obvious has happened yet, look back at your notes. Often something small did happen that was easy to dismiss. Then send Baba Ali an update. Sometimes the reading shows a block that needs clearing, such as another person’s influence or old work from someone else, and Baba Ali will explain what that means before anything else is done.

Around day 21 is a good moment to send Baba Ali a short update on where things stand, so the two of you can decide what, if anything, comes next.

What to avoid

  • Checking their social media every hour. It feeds anxiety, not the work.
  • Confronting them about the past in the first days after contact returns. That conversation can come later.
  • Booking extra rituals with other casters while your work is settling. Mixed work confuses the situation and makes it harder to see what is happening.
  • Pushing. If they reach out, let the conversation stay light at first. Pressure closes doors that are just starting to open.
  • Telling everyone. Keep the work private. Other people’s doubts and opinions do not help.
  • Ultimatums. “Come back or it is over forever” rarely brings anyone back.

Looking after yourself

Heartbreak is heavy. Spiritual work can sit alongside ordinary care, and it works better when you are steady. Talk to people you trust. Move your body. Keep a routine. Eat properly and sleep. If you like, a simple cleansing bath or a few quiet minutes with a white candle can help you reset at the end of a hard day.

If sadness turns into something that stops you living your life, talk to a doctor or counselor. That is not giving up on the work. It is looking after the person the work is for.

Healthy communication when they return

When contact comes back, lead with warmth, not a list of what went wrong. Listen more than you explain. Agree on one small thing before talking about the future. Old arguments can wait until the connection is steady.

If the same problems that ended the relationship come back, that is normal. Love work opens a door; the two of you still decide how to walk through it. Some couples find it useful to see a couples counselor once things settle. That never gets in the way of spiritual work.

When to get professional help

Some situations need more than a spiritual answer. These services are free, confidential and open around the clock:

  • National Domestic Violence Hotline: call 1-800-799-7233 or text START to 88788.
  • 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline: call or text 988.
  • SAMHSA National Helpline (mental health and substance use): 1-800-662-4357.
  • Emergency: call 911.

Baba Ali does not take cases involving minors, a person who has asked the client to stay away, protective orders, or situations with abuse. If you are in any of those situations, the people above can help in ways love work cannot.

If nothing changes

Most clients see the first signs within 3–7 days. If you don’t, you get a full refund. Request it through the Refund Policy steps or by messaging Baba Ali. You will not be pressured to buy more work, and you will not be told your case is “blocked” to justify another payment.

Keeping a signs journal

A simple notebook or notes app is one of the most useful aftercare tools. Each day, write the date, your mood in a word or two, and anything that happened: a message, a dream, a feeling, a mutual friend’s comment. It keeps you grounded when anxiety tells you nothing is changing, and it gives Baba Ali a clear picture if you check in. The moon phases guide shows how to pair the journal with the lunar cycle.

When the work is complete

At some point your case will feel settled: contact is steady, the relationship feels warm again, or you have found your answer. Baba Ali will tell you when the active work is complete. You can still ask questions afterward, and many clients check in again at a hard moment months later. That is always welcome.

Should I contact them after the ritual?

Follow your own aftercare notes first. In general, give the work a few days and let them move toward you. If they reach out, reply warmly.

They contacted me, then went quiet again. Is that normal?

Yes. Contact often comes in waves. Stay calm, do not chase, and tell Baba Ali what happened.

Can I see other people during this time?

It is your life and your choice. Most clients find it easier to focus on healing while the work settles.

What if I see no signs at all?

Most clients see the first signs within 3–7 days. If you don’t, you get a full refund under the Refund Policy.
