The short version. Most clients see the first signs within 3–7 days. If you don’t, you get a full refund. You don’t need to prove anything. Tell us, quote your case reference, and the money goes back.
What you pay for
There is no spell fee. You pay only for the materials your ritual needs, such as candles, oils, herbs, cords and offerings. You are told what those materials are, and what they cost, before anything is bought. The consultation and the reading are free.
What the guarantee covers
If you see no change in your situation within 7 days of the ritual date shown in your private case tracker, you get a full refund of everything you paid for that ritual.
“Change” means what you would call change. We do not ask for screenshots, messages or proof. If you tell us nothing has moved, that is enough.
The guarantee is on your money, not on another person’s choices. Nobody can promise what someone else will decide or feel, and results vary. What we can promise is that you will not pay for work that did nothing for you.
How to claim a refund
- Contact us within 14 days of your ritual date by email at contact@exbacklovespells.online or on WhatsApp at (323) 375-4038.
- Include your case reference (it starts with BAM-) and the words “refund request”.
- You receive a confirmation within 2 business days.
You do not need to give a reason, fill in a form, or talk anyone out of anything.
When the money arrives
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 10 business days of your request. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. If anything goes wrong on our side, we tell you and fix it.
Canceling before the ritual
You can cancel at any time before your ritual is performed and get a full refund, even if materials were already bought. Once the ritual has been performed, the guarantee above applies.
If your case is declined
If Baba Ali reads your case and decides the work is not right for it, nothing is cast and nothing is charged. If you already paid for materials, the full amount is returned.
Please talk to us before your bank
A refund from us is faster and simpler than a chargeback, and it never affects your bank record. If you are unhappy for any reason, contact us first and we will put it right.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to your rights. It does not take any away. If you live in a country or state that gives you extra consumer rights, such as a cooling-off period for online services, you keep them.
