Testimonials: how reviews work here
Reviews come only from clients, and only with their written consent to publish their first name, last initial and city. A Verified client tag appears when a review has been matched to a real case. Every genuine review is published, whatever the rating. This page covers “testimonials” in plain terms. That is stricter than the law requires, and it is the reason this page may look quieter than other casters’ pages. Invented five-star walls are easy to make and illegal to publish in the US since 2024.
Reviews appear here only when a real client sends one and agrees to publish it. None are invented, and none are hidden for being negative.
Testimonials: how to read them
Read testimonials with a cool head. A good review describes what happened in ordinary words, including the parts that were slow or unclear. Be careful with pages that show only perfect ratings, only screenshots, or only first names with no dates. Real clients also disagree. Some feel a change within days, some feel calmer first, and some see nothing and ask for their refund. Every genuine review belongs here, whatever it says. A review describes one person’s experience and is never a promise of what will happen for you. Results vary from person to person, so read several reviews before you decide anything.
