These terms apply when you use exbacklovespells.online or book a service with Baba Ali Musa (“we”, “us”). By using the site or booking, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The services
We offer spiritual consultations, readings and rituals, performed remotely for clients across the USA. They are provided for personal and spiritual purposes. Please read the Disclaimer: results vary, and our services are not legal, medical, psychological or financial advice.
2. Who can use them
You must be 18 or older. You must give true information about yourself and your situation. We may decline any case, and we always decline cases covered by our Ethics Charter, including those involving minors, protective orders, abuse, or a person who has asked you to stay away.
3. How booking works
You send a private request. Baba Ali reads it and replies with an honest view of your case. If the work fits and you agree, we tell you which materials the ritual needs and what they cost. The ritual is scheduled once you confirm.
4. Payments
There is no spell fee. You pay for ritual materials only. Your card statement shows a discreet name. We never store your card details: payments are handled by the payment provider named at checkout.
5. Refunds and cancellation
If you see no change within 3–7 days of your ritual, you get a full refund under the Refund Policy. You can also cancel before the ritual for a full refund.
6. Your conduct
You agree not to use our services to harm, harass or track anyone, not to misuse the site or its forms, and not to copy site content or artwork without permission.
7. Privacy
How we handle your information is set out in the Privacy Policy. You can exercise your data rights at any time in the Privacy Center.
8. Content and artwork
Text, design and original artwork on this site belong to Baba Ali Musa. You may share links and short quotes with credit.
9. Liability
We perform every service with care, but spiritual outcomes cannot be guaranteed and depend on people and events outside our control. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any service is limited to the amount you paid for it, which the Refund Policy already lets you recover. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the bottom of this page shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a service you have already booked.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Baba Ali Musa operates, without taking away any consumer rights you have where you live.
