When you bring something as personal as your love life to a stranger, you deserve to know exactly where you stand. This guide sets out your rights as a client of Baba Ali Musa, in plain language: how you will be treated, what you will pay, what happens if the work does not help, and what happens to your personal information.

Your rights as a client
- An honest reading. You will be told what the reading shows, including when the answer is no. If your case is not a fit, you are not charged.
- No pressure. You decide whether to go ahead, in your own time. There are no deadlines, countdown timers or “tonight only” offers.
- Clear prices. There is no spell fee. You pay only for materials, and you are told what they are and what they cost before anything is bought.
- A real refund. Most clients see the first signs within 3–7 days. If you don’t, you get a full refund under the Refund Policy. You will not be told your case is “blocked” to justify another payment.
- Answers to your questions. You can ask what the work does, what it will not do, and what to expect, before and after.
- Aftercare. You receive guidance for the days after your ritual and can message with questions at any point.
- Respect. Whatever your situation, faith, gender or orientation, you will be treated without judgment. See Same-Sex Love Spells.
- The right to stop. You can stop at any point before the ritual. Nothing bad happens to you for changing your mind.
- Real reviews. Your review is published only if you agree, and you can ask for it to be removed.
What is collected, and why
Baba Ali collects only what the work needs:
- Your first name and date of birth.
- The other person’s first name, if you choose to share it.
- A description of your situation, in your words.
- How and when to contact you.
Nothing else about the other person is needed: no address, workplace, photos or passwords. If anyone ever asks you for those, read the scam warning signs.
How your information is protected
- Encrypted on arrival. Consultation details are encrypted before they are written to the database, with a key kept outside the database.
- Only Baba Ali can open a request, and every time one is opened it is logged.
- No plain-text emails. Alerts about your case contain only a reference number.
- Never sold. Your data is not sold, and your relationship details are never used for advertising.
- Deleted automatically. Consultation requests are deleted 12 months after they arrive, or sooner if you ask.
- HTTPS throughout. Everything you send travels encrypted.
Your data rights
Wherever you live, you can ask to see, download, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. If you live in California, you also have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, the right to delete and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, which is not done here anyway. If you live in the EU or UK, you have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including portability and the right to complain to your data protection authority.
How to use your rights
- Delete your case instantly from your private case tracker. The link is in your confirmation email.
- Make any other request through the Privacy Center. It is confirmed by email first, so only you can ask for your data, and you get an answer within 30 days.
- Change cookie choices any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Rejecting is one click. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it is honored automatically.
Cookies, in brief
Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your choices. Analytics cookies are used only if you consent. A hashed, non-reversible form of your IP address is used briefly to stop spam and abuse. That is all.
Staying private at home
If you share a device or account with someone, use your own email and phone, a private browser window, and tell Baba Ali the safest way to reach you. The consultation guide has more tips.
Age and safety
Clients must be 18 or older. Data from anyone under 18 is deleted if discovered. Baba Ali does not take cases involving minors, a person who has asked the client to stay away, protective orders, or situations with abuse. If you are in danger, call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233.
If something goes wrong
If you feel you have not been treated as this guide describes, write to contact@exbacklovespells.online. You will get a personal reply. The Ethics Charter lists the commitments you can hold Baba Ali to.
Payments and your card details
Payments are handled by the payment provider named at checkout. Baba Ali never sees or stores your full card details. Paying through an established provider also gives you access to its dispute process, which is one more layer of protection. You will never be asked to pay with gift cards or cryptocurrency.
Your rights when you leave a review
- Your review is published only with your permission.
- You choose the name shown with it, such as your first name or initials.
- You can ask for your review to be edited or removed at any time.
- A “Verified client” tag appears only when a review has been matched to a real case.
- Reviews are never invented, bought, or hidden because they are negative.

Questions you can ask at any time
You never have to wait to be told what is happening with your case. At any point you can ask:
- Which stage is my case at, and what happens next?
- What materials are being used, and what did they cost?
- What did the reading show, in plain words?
- What is the status of my refund request, if I made one?
- What information do you hold about me, and can you delete it?
You will get a straight answer to each.
Your right to stop
You can stop at any stage. If you change your mind before the ritual, tell Baba Ali and the work does not go ahead. If you are partway through a case with several stages, you can stop before the next one begins. The Refund Policy explains what is refunded in each situation. Nobody will pressure you to continue, and nobody will tell you that stopping will bring bad luck. That kind of threat is a warning sign of a scam, not part of real work.

Who can see what I write in my request?
Only Baba Ali. Requests are encrypted and every access is logged.
Can I delete everything I sent?
Yes, instantly, from your private case tracker, or through the Privacy Center.
Will my partner find out?
Not from Baba Ali. Nothing is shared or published. Use your own email and phone to keep it private at home.
What if I change my mind after paying for materials?
Tell Baba Ali as soon as you can. The Refund Policy explains what happens in each case.
